Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting to visit our salon.

Please be aware that if you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours on more than two occasions, we will require upfront deposit or payment in full for any future appointments.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but advanced notice helps us manage our schedule effectively. Remember we are a small business.

Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. In case you encounter any difficulties or anticipate a delay, please contact the salon. Please note that arriving late may lead to a reduction in your allocated time or, in some cases, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time. Your cooperation is crucial, so please inform us if you anticipate being late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Communication Channels: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our salon directly via phone at 0478 540 978. We will be happy to assist you and make the necessary arrangements.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be considered as late cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation or if you fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to [fee amount] or a percentage of the scheduled service cost .We want to ensure that our clients are aware that all deposits made for appointments and all services provided by us are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the services received. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time, staff, and resources that were allocated specifically for your appointment. We believe this policy is fair to both our clients and our team members.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, such as sudden illness, emergencies, or unavoidable conflicts. If you find yourself in such circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and find a suitable solution. Personal Items: Please be aware that clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings while in the salon. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept liability for any lost items within our premises.
